Vision Rehabilitation and Therapy: As with most eyecare practices, we want you to be able to see 20/20. However, we take it well beyond 20/20 by evaluating how you process information, your visual perception ability and finally how your vision integrates with your other senses. We utilize state-of-the art equipment so that your eyes receive the best possible care.

Mamiko Fenella P. Sy, OD, FPCO, FCOVD, FACBO
Dr. Mamiko Fenella P. Sy, graduated cum Laude from Centro Escolar University and placed 1 st in the Optometry Licensure Examination in 1997.
She is a fellow of the Philippine College of Optometrists and National Academy of Opticianry (USA).
She holds certification as an US Advanced Optician with Masters Certificate in Ophthalmic Optics. She is also a US Certified Contact Lens Practitioner after passing the examination given by the American Board of Opticianry and National Contact Lens Examiners (ABO- NCLE) in the USA last 2012. She is a member of Allied Technical Personnel in Opthalmology after passing the Certification Examination for Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) and Ophthalmic Technician (COT) given by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO).
She has also passed the Special Ocular Pharmacology Course Licensure Examination in the Philippines in 2005. She has been very active in the profession since graduating in 1997 and pursues her passion attending trainings and seminars in the specialty of behavioral/ developmental optometry and neuro-optometric rehabilitation. Her special interests are dealing with patients in the special population, or patients with learning deficits.
Her association memberships include the US National Academy of Opticianry (NAO), Contact Lens Society of America(CLSA).
She has her own private practice since 2003 and prior to that, she worked as an optometrist in American Eye Center and has served as a Corporate Optometrist since graduating in 1997.
She is the first Fellow of College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD, USA – awarded 2021 ), and the first fellow of Australasian College of Behavioral Optometrists (ACBO, Australia – awarded 2023 ) from the Philippines,
and currently working on her fellowship in Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA, USA ) because of her great passion to be of service to the underserved special needs population.
